“Today’s parents, especially moms, are burned out. They’re doing more for their kids than ever before — academically, emotionally, socially — while trying to juggle careers, relationships, and self-care.” - Dr. Sheryl Ziegler
“The challenges today’s generation of young people face are unprecedented, and the impact on their mental health is devastating. This is a critical public health issue that we must address now.” - U.S. Surgeon General – Dr. Vivek Murthy
Tweens (ages 8–12) spend an average of 5 hours and 33 minutes on screens per day.
Teens (ages 13–18) spend over 8 hours and 39 minutes per day — excluding screen time for schoolwork. - Common Sense Media
